2007 sees me start on my fifth season of stockcar photography, not a long time by some people’s standards but a small goal in my short and colourful carrier non-the less, meaning that there is four years work left behind.
 
With the digital age now upon us I decided to pick out some of my favourite images from seasons gone by rather than leave them sitting on disc’s collecting urm digital dust?
 
2003 is made up of images that where scanned from the original photos, the scan isn’t very good and the photos where far from perfect to start with so there is less to see in that album than the following years.
 
Being digital gives you more opportunities to take photos at a meeting than compared to a couple of reels of film, these days I take more photos during a practise session than I would of in a whole weekend when I was still on film.
 
Averaging around 350 images a meeting means come the end of the season there’s thousands and thousands of images stored on disc’s making it nearly impossible to choose one picture and say that is the ‘best’, so I managed to narrow it down to a hundred or so of my ‘Favourites’.
